I have spent my thirty-year career exploring, learning, and pioneering individual, team, and system change. I am captivated by nature, complexity, the science and practice of change, and people’s capacity to lead, grow, and develop across the lifespan.
I have deep experience as an executive and consultant in health, business, IT, and the nonprofit sector. I love to learn. I have three Master’s degrees in Public Health, Business Administration, and Human Development, and I have a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems. I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the University of Calgary, Cumming School of Medicine, and an Expert Advisor with Innovate Calgary, an innovation transfer and business incubator.
My experience has resulted in a fabulous network of practitioners and scholars: friendlies, catalysts, deep thinkers, provocateurs. Depending on the needs of your organization and your capacity, we can bring in the right talent to support your success.
